Term 1 Inquiry Reflection

I have really enjoyed seeing the progress and engagement of my students during writing this term. Here's a glimpse at some of the things i've tried.


 

My 2016 Inquiry

It's 2016 and this year our school wide focus is formative practice in reading and writing to improve students achievement. For my personal inquiry I am looking at how I can get my learners to add detail to their writing. 

Term 3 Inquiry Focus

What next?

This term I want to know how having rich tasks and using the talk moves can lift my students mathematical understanding. 

Higher Order Thinking Tasks

This term I have been thinking more about what my learners are doing when they are completing following up activities or independent tasks.

Term 2
